Nancy Zhang is a senior consultant and an experienced manager. She has 8 years of experience as a consultant in management, in-house experience at multinational companies for 8 years, and training manager for 2 years. She focuses on the research and consultation in leadership, entrepreneur, working climate, personnel selection, performance management, and training.

Nancy provided consulting service for Tasty Group (pharmaceutical), Asia Info (software), HBT (pharmaceutical), Novo Nordisk (pharmaceutical), Med-pharm (pharmaceutical), DQY Ecological (Agricultural), and DHGATE (IT).

Nancy is one of the main members and organizers and coordinators of research program “New Leaders Competency Model”. Nancy also has rich experience as skilled project manager; she has expertise in organizing and coordinating large-scale projects.

Nancy worked for Pfizer (pharmaceutical, Fortune 500 companies), Eisai (pharmaceutical, Fortune 500 companies) and Welcome (pharmaceutical), and served as instructional director of School of Training in China Renmin University.
